- Record, screen-capture, or scrape video lectures, test papers, or proprietary PDFs.
- Disrupt the platform’s infrastructure, upload malicious code, or engage in unauthorized access.
- Use offensive, abusive, or harmful language in community forums, live lecture chats, or mentorship sessions.
4. Pricing, Payments & Refunds
- Fees & Taxes: All course fees, batch charges, and test series pricing are clearly displayed on the website. Applicable government taxes (including GST) will be levied at checkout.
- Billing & Payment Processing: Full payment or approved installment schedules must be completed to activate course access. Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party payment gateways.
- Refund & Cancellation: Fees paid are governed by SocioMentors’ specific Refund Policy as outlined at the time of purchase. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, course fees are non-refundable once course access or digital study materials have been granted.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership: All content on the SocioMentors platform—including syllabus notes, proprietary test papers, recorded lectures, visual graphics, trademarks, logos, and UI designs—is the exclusive intellectual property of SocioMentors and protected under Indian copyright and IP laws.
- Limited License: Enrolled students are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access study materials strictly for individual, non-commercial educational use.
- Violation: Unauthorized duplication, public sharing, torrenting, or commercial distribution of our material constitutes copyright infringement and will invite immediate legal action and account revocation.
6. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, SocioMentors, its founders, mentors, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) our platform or services.
- While we strive to deliver top-tier guidance and updated academic material, SocioMentors does not guarantee specific exam outcomes, ranks, or selections in competitive examinations.
7. Third-Party Links & Services Disclaimer
Our platform may contain links to external third-party websites, payment portals, or software tools. SocioMentors does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party platforms is entirely at your own risk.
8. Termination Rights
- SocioMentors reserves the right to suspend, disable, or permanently terminate your account without prior notice or refund if you breach these Terms and Conditions, engage in copyright infringement, or exhibit disruptive behavior toward mentors or fellow students.
- Upon termination, your right to access study portals, video lectures, and support forums will immediately cease.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with SocioMentors shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.

SocioMentors reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.
